                                   Navy Blue China Hutch - $200
 China hutch painted in a navy blue chalk paint and distressed. The back is covered in a fabric with gold arrows and trimmed with rope. If I had room for it in my house I would keep it myself as it provides a ton of great storage on top and especially below and it's not as big at it might seem!




                                          The Perfect Coffee Table

 I took an outdated table with a gross top, cleaned up the legs and added beautiful barn wood. The barn wood was sanded, stained, and then topped with a satin poly. She turned out great with lots of unique character and is the perfect size for any space.

    I think it would tell a great story to have before and after photos in the same viewable area - like perhaps a collage of two. People want to buy a story almost at much as they want to buy a nice looking piece of furniture.
